Warranty Returns Policy

Policy

We provide a 30 Day *limited exchange warranty on all items sold through the PerformancePDA web site with the exception of PDA screens, digitizers, batteries and motherboards. Due to the delicate nature of some items, PDA screens, digitizers, batteries and motherboards are only covered under this warranty if they are sold to and returned from a certified PDA repair facility. This warranty does not apply if you damage the item. All items must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. Some items may not be returned. Please see the item ad for return restrictions before purchasing.

PerformancePDA will only accept items that have been approved for return by PerformancePDA prior to shipment.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting Performance PDA at Repairs@performancePDA.com. The Return Authorization Number must be included with the item(s) you are returning. All item(s) returned without prior authorization will be sent back to you at your expense.

All items returned to PerformancePDA for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Shipping charges associated with returns, for any reason, is the sole responsibility of the sender. Shipping charges paid will not be refunded.

*All warranty returns are handled on a case by case basis and at our discretion. The warranty only applies to an exchange for the same item or refund at our sole discretion.
