Ordering Problems

I am having problems placing an order with the shoppng cart. What's wrong?

Answer:
Very often the problem is caused by not entering the correct credit card information.

  • Ensure the credit card number is entered with no spaces between the numbers.
  • Enter your Name exactly as it is on your credit card.
  • Enter your credit card Billing Address (This is where the credit card company sends the bill).
  • Make sure you enter the correct Zip Code.
  • Enter your name, phone number and email address. We need this to contact you should there be a problem with your order. (We will never sell your personel information to anyone).

Warranty Returns Policy

What is your warranty return policy?

Answer:
We provide a 30 Day *limited exchange warranty on all items we sell.

Payment Options

How can I pay for repairs?

Answer:
You can pay by using your Visa and Master Card credit cards. We also accept money orders, cash or cashiers check. - We do not accept personal checks.

Shipping Options

How long does shipment take?

Answer:
USPS Priority Mail often takes up to 5 business days to arrive.
