SIM Card Issues

This phone will not work with prepaid or pay as you go service.

Our phones are fully tested to ensure they connect with several service providers before shipment. Sometimes users may have a problem making phones calls or getting the phone to connect to their service provider. The problem is often due to a concaved, worn or dirty SIM card. Even if the SIM works in another phone it may not be making proper contact with contacts inside the new phone. This is normally resolved one or more of the actions listed here.

1. Clean the contacts on the SIM card with a pencil eraser.
2. Placing a piece of paper between the back of the SIM card and the SIM tray to help hold the SIM card closer to the internal contacts in the phone.
3. Request a replacement SIM card from your service provider.
