HOW TO START INSPICE PROTECTION
PLAN
Apply Inspice labels on your items that you would like to
protect and then activate the labels. Activation is easy,
instant and free, only requires the information of your
item, email and label ID. No credit card, no sign up needed.
HOW CAN I ACTIVATE AN INSPICE LABEL?
1. Place a label on your item.
2. Go to www.inspice.com. (For Smartprotec
use the link provided at the bottom of this page)
3. Enter the label ID (product serial number for Smartprotec) and hit
the 'Activate Label' button.
You will be asked to provide information
about your item and your email. You will receive a confirmation
email with a link for you to click on. The whole activation
process is normally completed within 60 seconds.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGES?
You can easily change your email address on our web site
at anytime. To change your email, go to My Inspice.
HOW
CAN I GET A SmartProtec LABEL?
PerformancePDA prepays a four year protect plan for our
preferred customers.
You can become a preferred customer by placing an order
from our web site at www. PerformancePDA.com after February
28, 2004.
The SmartProtec label will be shipped with your order.
No one else can come close to providing their customer's
with this great value.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I
LOSE SOMETHING?
Visit www.inspice.com/MyInspice and then click on My Items
to change item status as 'Lost' or 'Stolen' instead of 'In
Possession'.
